Main Act Studio · Account deletion
Export. Cancel.
Delete.
These are three different outcomes. Choose the one you mean, see what changes, and keep the permanent action inside the signed-in Account workflow.
This public page cannot delete an account, cancel a plan, or send a request. Permanent deletion happens only after sign-in, scope review, an exact confirmation phrase, and a server receipt.
01 · Choose the outcome
Do not use deletion to solve the wrong problem.
The safest path starts by naming the result you want. Export, cancellation, and deletion can be used separately.
Reversible · no account change
Export
Download the account record Main Act can see. Your sign-in, plan, progress, and saved work remain available.
Open export controlsStops renewal · keeps the account
Cancel
End a recurring plan through the provider shown in Account. Your identity and saved practice history stay in place.
Open billing controlsPermanent · account-wide
Delete
Remove the Main Act identity, sign-in credentials, synced work across every school, uploads, and public profile.
Review permanent deletion02 · Save first
Keep the records only you can identify.
The account export and a device-only draft are not the same thing. Save both deliberately before the account becomes unavailable.
Download the signed-in account export. A successful download says the account remained unchanged.
Copy or download any browser-only draft from the feature that holds it. An account export cannot contain data that never crossed the wire.
Save any shared link or public artifact you need for reference; deletion removes the owning profile and its managed shares.
03 · Stop renewal
Billing follows the provider that owns it.
If you only want to stop paying, cancel without deleting. If you do delete, verify the provider first so no renewal is left unmanaged.
Main Act web billing
Account opens the web billing controls. During permanent deletion, a manageable active web subscription is canceled before identity removal. If that cancellation fails, deletion stops and the account remains available for retry or support.
App Store or Google Play
Apple or Google owns a store-billed renewal. Cancel it in that store’s subscription settings; deleting a Main Act account does not control a store account or override the store’s billing rules.
04 · Delete
The permanent action has one owner: the signed-in receipt.
This page explains the boundary. Account owns authentication, the exact confirmation phrase, duplicate-submit protection, subscription safety, cleanup, and the final status.
Identity
Profile, sign-in credentials, public profile, and access across Main Act.
Synced work
Progress, settings, saved school work, uploads, and managed public shares tied to the account.
Current device
Main Act account storage is cleared on the device that completes deletion; every open Main Act tab is locked.

What “deleted” does not promise
The Privacy Policy permits limited retention when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or backup rotation. Aggregated or de-identified information may remain when it no longer reasonably identifies you.
05 · Receipts and help
Intact, finishing, and complete are different states.
A failure must not masquerade as deletion. A partial cleanup must not expose account data. A completed deletion must not suggest the old account can be restored.
Stopped · account intact
Nothing was deleted
The account, membership, and saved work remain available. Retry when the connection is stable or prepare a support report.
Protected cleanup · finishing
The account is locked
Some steps completed before a later service failed. Account data stays gated while background cleanup retries; Support can check status.
Permanent action · complete
The old account is gone
The deleted identity cannot sign in again. Practising later requires a new account with new progress.
Cannot sign in or need a status check?
Prepare a report through Support. Use the account email when possible so Main Act can verify ownership. Never include a password, payment-card number, or one-time recovery code.
